BakerRipley Gulfton Sharpstown Campus
In partnership with the Houston Food Bank, the BakerRipley community center host monthly food distributions serving over 200 families each month. Volunteers are needed to sort, bag, and distribute produce to the community, support registration, and aid Neighbors in carrying their produce boxes to their vehicles. Volunteer Duties: Unload, sort, bag, and distribute produce, pick-up trash, help neighbors carry produce box to their vehicle, support registration, and help with clean-up. Type of Opportunity: Physical, working directly with community and other volunteers. Volunteers will be working outside rain or shine. Great opportunity for team building and making new connections!
